The recipient of any commissioned photography and digital photograph download hereby consents to the holding and processing of their personal data (including photographs of the recipient's face and body if applicable) to Athina Photography for all purposes necessary for the operation of the photography company. The photographs are the intellectual property of Athina Photography.

Copyright will always remain with Athina Photography and any reproductions are forbidden without the express consent of Athina Photography.
